Finance plays a central role in how it scales.The roleReporting into the Finance Manager and working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll add depth to core accounting.
That frees the wider team to focus on analysis and decision support.

You'll get genuine commercial exposure in a business where capital investment and project spend are becoming a bigger part of the picture.Key responsibilities include:Owning month-end close and preparing accurate,



timely financial reportingSupporting tax compliance and coordinating the external auditAccounting for revenue and billing systemsPreparing budget vs actual commentary and contributing to forecastingDriving process improvement and automation as the business growsSupporting project and capital expenditure accountingAbout youCA or CPA qualified (or near completion), ideally with a Big 4 or mid-tier audit foundationStrong technical accounting skills and a track record of owning month-endProject accounting, capex or WIP reporting experience is highly regardedTelco experience is a bonus but not requiredCommercially curious, comfortable with change, and keen to improve how things are doneWhy applyA high-growth business with robust backing and a clear expansion planBroad exposure across core accounting, forecasting and capital projectsA finance team where you'll shape processes rather than just maintain themHybrid working: three days in the office, two from home
