Your main focus will be to identify and unlock growth opportunities across our clients' digital experiences, using data, customer insights and experimentation to improve conversion and profitability.The role involves overseeing the research phase, developing data-led growth strategies, identifying optimisation opportunities, facilitating client meetings, and working with our specialist teams to deliver measurable results.Key responsibilitiesResearchFacilitate client Discovery Sessions to understand their business, customers, goals and growth objectivesReview, interpret, and provide strategic guidance on research findings and tactic reports prepared by subject matter expertsIdentify key customer and business opportunities that can drive growthGrowth & Optimisation StrategyTranslate insights into clear growth opportunities, hypotheses and actionable recommendationsDevelop prioritised CRO testing roadmaps and quarterly growth strategiesIdentify opportunities to improve performance across the customer journeyExperimentation & ExecutionPrepare test charters with low-fidelity concepts and coordinate experiment delivery with internal teamsMonitor testing performance, report on results,



and continuously refine growth strategies based on insightsTurn experiment learnings into actionable recommendations and future growth opportunitiesProject & Account ManagementManage client projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are metFacilitate weekly meetings, monthly reviews, strategic workshops, and ongoing stakeholder communicationStakeholder & Client EngagementBuild strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic supportHelp clients identify and prioritise their biggest digital growth opportunitiesSupport growth initiatives, upsell opportunities, and current business pitchesQualificationsWe're looking for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, but is comfortable going deeper than channels and campaigns.
You'll ideally have:Proven experience in growth marketing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, digital strategy, experimentation and/or value performance improvements for e-commerce and non-e-commerce businessesStrong understanding of digital marketing, with at least one additional specialty area across Analytics, UX Design, Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, or related disciplines highly regardedSound understanding of quantitative and qualitative research tacticsAbility to interpret data and translate insights into commercial opportunitiesStrong project management skills to manage and deliver results effectivelyExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skillsBenefits & work arrangementsAs well as the exciting projects and industry-leading clients you will be working with, here are a few of our benefits & perks:Monthly Paid Rostered Day Off (RDO) excl.
