ideally across Tier 1 contractors, high-rise buildings or complex built-environment projects.Your experience will include:Contract administration and commercial managementForecasting, claims and upstream/downstream noticesVariations, commercial registers and monthly reportingProcurement, tendering and contract negotiationsDesign and Construct (D&C;) deliveryJobpac, with previous team or commercial leadership experience highly regardedYou'll be commercially astute, proactive and confident managing the contractual and financial performance of a major project.Location: Darwin, NT.
