The Company
With a growing national footprint, this organisation is seeking to enhance and develop their integrated facilities management service offering. They have need of an Estimator with expertise in soft services facilities management to join their National team - particularly within cleaning and security services.

The Role
The Estimator will provide support to Business Development teams on a national level. You will play a key role in evaluating and justifying the viability of undertaking a bid and potential of ongoing successful delivery.

The role is permanent from the Brisbane office in the central/eastern suburbs.

The Duties:
Develop, optimise and review pricing, labour, resource and financial modelling
Support on bids, renewals, repricing activities and operational improvement initiatives
Assess scope and impacts of operational costs
Prepare costings for tender submissions
Work closely with bids and operations teams
Undertake cost analysis for facilities management and life cycle works

The Criteria:




Experience working as an Estimator or similar such as Pricing / Cost / Finance or Commercial Analyst capacity
Must have experience within sectors such as Cleaning, Security, Catering, Pest Control, Hygiene or similar (unfortunately we cannot consider Civil or Construction)
Be able to understand relevant Awards and EBAs for labour costing (prior experience is advantageous)
Must have valuable Excel skills and understand P+L

Salary circa $140-150k + Super
