Are you a passionate Barista or Café All-Rounder looking for a role with great hours, penalty rates and a supportive team?

We’re currently hiring for multiple café and hospitality outlets across Cairns Airport, including Waddi, Sugar & Cane and Mr Greens.

Whether you’re an experienced barista who loves the rush of a high-volume café or you’re passionate about coffee and keen to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Are you our next Barista?

We’re looking for people who take pride in serving outstanding coffee and creating a excellent experience for every customer. Ideally, you’ll bring 1–2+ years’ experience in a busy café or specialty coffee environment, including experience with:
Espresso extraction and coffee preparation
Milk texturing and steaming
Latte art — desirable, but not essential
Dialling in coffee by adjusting grinder settings, dose and extraction
Working efficiently during busy periods
Providing friendly, genuine customer service
