Job Requirements
Role: Pega Senior System Architect (SSA)
6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
Pega SSA Certification is mandatory.
Solid experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP), security, and performance tuning.
Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.
Robust knowledge of Pega best practices, guardrails, and DevOps.
Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
