Coles Group is offering a graduate program in Melbourne designed to develop future leaders. The two-year program (three years for Finance Graduates) provides hands-on learning, functional rotations and a tailored development plan to help you grow and make an impact both in-store and online.

During the program you’ll work on real deliverables with ownership and accountability, including an Innovation Project in year two and prospects to present to senior leaders.
