Pharma Care on Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Customer Service Leader to join our in‑office team in Warriewood. You will mentor and lead a rapid-paced, customer-focused team while delivering outstanding service across phone, email and online channels.

You’ll build robust relationships, resolve issues quickly and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service to optimise processes. Salesforce/JDE experience admired.
