Randstad's client in Ipswich, QLD, seeks an autonomous senior AM Shift Production Manager to lead complex precast and pre-stress manufacturing lines. The role offers full autonomy to meet KPIs, manage 20+ operators, and drive production of large structural beams in a high-risk workplace.

The package includes $140K–$160K plus super, with relocation assistance considered for exceptional candidates. Full Australian working rights required. This is a hands-on leadership position.
