Roster:
Various rosters including but not limited to 8/6 and 2/1
Key Responsibilities:
Provide practical, on-site HSE support and guidance to personnel and leadership.
Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits and field observations.
Support HSE management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate incident investigations and follow up corrective actions.




Engage with employees and contractors to promote safe work practices and WHS compliance.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety communications.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
Previous industry related FIFO or remote site HSE experience in mining, resources, construction or similar high-risk environments.
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry practices
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's licence and white card
ICAM or similar investigation training
Working at heights and confined space experience (desirable)
Current First Aid & CPR (highly regarded)
