This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll take ownership of financial reporting, governance, compliance and manufacturing cost accounting across multiple entities, while driving process improvements within NetSuite.What You'll Be Doing:Own month-end close, financial reporting, P&L; and balance sheet integrityManage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation and production variancesOversee financial controls, governance, audit and statutory compliance across ANZOptimise NetSuite financial processes, reporting and multi-subsidiary operationsLead AR/AP functions and improve working capital processesPartner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve cost visibility and accuracyDrive finance process improvements,



automation and reporting efficiencyCoach and develop finance team membersWhat We're Looking For:5+ years' experience in financial accounting, financial control or operational financeManufacturing accounting experience is essential, including inventory and cost accountingHands‐on NetSuite experience is essential, covering transactions, reporting and financial controlsStrong month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting expertiseExperience with audit, taxation and statutory complianceCA/CPA qualified or working towards qualificationStrong stakeholder management, leadership and problem‐solving skillsWhy Join?
