We are looking for a casual General Practice Nurse to join our team.
Key responsibilities
Conduct health assessments, manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma), perform screenings, and administer vaccinations
Provide advice on healthy living, smoking cessation, and general wellness
Monitor and support patients with long-term conditions, perform clinical tests, and manage wound care
Administer flu, childhood, and travel vaccines
Perform wound dressings, injections, cervical smears, and assist with minor surgeries
Work with GPs and other staff to ensure integrated patient care
About you
Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience in general practice preferred but not essential
Proficiency in clinical skills (wound care, injections, etc.)
Solid communication and patient education skills
