Consultant Lawyers , Flexible Matter-Based Work

Rasak is expanding its services and is looking for experienced lawyers to join us on a consultant basis.

You’ll act for clients under the Rasak brand, with the support of our systems and team, while keeping the flexibility to manage your own time and workload.

Practice areas we’re seeking: Family Law: Divorce, parenting matters, property settlements, and child support.

Wills & Estates: Wills, probate, estate administration, and estate disputes.

Property & Conveyancing: Residential and commercial transactions, leases, and property disputes.

Commercial Law: Contracts, business structures, and shareholder matters.

Employment Law: Unfair dismissal, workplace disputes, and employment contracts.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Civil disputes, debt recovery, and mediation.

Criminal Law: Bail, summary matters, and traffic offences.

Immigration Law: Visa applications, appeals, and sponsorship.

How it works: You’re engaged as a consultant, not an employee, and paid on a matter basis / share of fees collected on the work you complete.

Clients engage Rasak directly.

We handle intake, costs agreements, billing, and trust accounting, so you can focus on the legal work.





You’ll work within our practice management system (LEAP), which keeps files, documents, and client communication in one place.

You choose which matters you take on and when you work, and you’re free to keep other skilled commitments.

What we’re looking for: Current practising certificate , ideally unrestricted

At least 2 years’ experience in your practice area, with the confidence to run matters independently

Robust drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills

Reliability, positive file management, and a commitment to client serviceLEAP experience is an advantage but not essential
