What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of our bulk transfer capability and play a key role in driving operational excellence by:Managing the successful delivery of large-scale novated leasetransfer and renovation projectsOwning and continuously improving bulk transfer automationprocesses and supporting workflowsDeveloping deep expertise in our end-to-end renovations operationsand associated systemsAnalysing data and operational trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfactionPartnering with operational, technology, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver automation and process improvement initiativesIdentifying opportunities to eliminate manual effort andimprove system functionalityEnsuring all activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed service levelsSupporting portfolio growth, customer retention initiatives, employer onboarding, and large-volume transition projectsMaintaining a strong focus on risk management, operationalcontrols, and customer outcomesContributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, andcontinuous improvement
