Your main focus will be to improve clients' website performance through strategic and systematic conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
The role involves overseeing the research phase, developing data-led optimisation strategies, identifying testing opportunities, facilitating client meetings, and delivering actionable insights via A/B testing.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital for delivering impactful results.Key responsibilitiesResearchFacilitate client Discovery Sessions to understand their business, goals and project objectivesReview, interpret, and provide strategic guidance on research findings and tactic reports prepared by subject matter experts to ensure they are aligned with client objectivesTranslate insights into clear testing hypotheses with actionable recommendationsDevelop prioritised CRO testing roadmaps and quarterly optimisation strategiesCRO ExecutionPrepare test charters with low-fidelity concepts and coordinate experiment delivery with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate launchMonitor testing performance, report on test results, and continuously refine optimisation strategies based on insightsProject & Account ManagementManage client projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are metFacilitate weekly meetings, monthly reviews, strategic workshops, and ongoing stakeholder communicationStakeholder & Client EngagementBuild strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic supportSupport client growth initiatives, upsell opportunities, and new business pitchesQualificationsProven experience in delivering Conversion Rate Optimisation and/or value performance improvements for eCommerce and non-eCommerce businessesDeep understanding of digital marketing, with at least one additional specialty area across Analytics, UX Design, Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, or related disciplines highly regarded.Sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative research tacticsAbility to interpret data and deliver actionable insightsStrong project management skills to manage and deliver results effectivelyExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skillsBenefits & work arrangementsAs well as the exciting projects and industry-leading clients you will be working with, here are a few of our benefits & perks:Monthly Paid Rostered Day Off (RDO) excl.
