As a Senior Raisebore Driller, you will lead raisebore programs in the field and set the standard for our delivery.
With our operations growing across New South Wales and Western Australia, you will take each raise from set-up to breakthrough with a high degree of ownership, working hand-in-glove with our fitter and client leadership, and to deliver to plan.
You will be backed by a business that plans the work properly, runs to documented systems and treats its people on principle.
The role is offered on a 2/2 FIFO roster from any Australian or Current Zealand capital city.Key responsibilitiesSet up, operate and demobilise raisebore rigs across our fleet to the drill plan, with precision and careLead the complete raise cycle - set-up and alignment, pilot drilling, reaming and breakthrough - to a high standardOwn pilot-hole accuracy on long and critical holes, including directional control where the hole design calls for itManage drill string, reaming heads, cutters and consumables to protect performance and hole qualityConduct pre-starts, in-shift checks and routine maintenance in partnership with the site fitterMonitor machine performance and ground conditions, adjusting technique to protect accuracy and safetyMaintain accurate shift records,
