bp Melbourne is seeking a CRM Manager to support the CRM Senior Manager by developing the CRM strategy and owning execution for assigned markets, delivering data-driven campaigns across email, app, push, in both B2C and B2B contexts. You will ensure alignment with global CRM standards while tailoring local campaigns.

You will analyse customer data, craft core journeys, manage omnichannel campaigns, and collaborate with local teams and the Hub to improve retention and lifetime value.
