About the opportunity
The WHS Advisor will play a key role in ensuring safety and compliance across a portfolio of large residential construction projects spanning from the Central Coast through to Tweed Heads.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll drive compliance, support leaders, and help create safer workplaces across multiple sites.




Travel frequently throughout the region to oversee large residential construction projectsConduct regular, hands‐on WHS audits to ensure safety standards and compliance are maintainedIdentify and address any emerging safety or compliance issues on‐site in a timely mannerLead and coordinate incident management, investigations, and corrective actionsDeliver practical WHS training to site teams to improve knowledge and safe work practicesSupport site leaders with onboarding of employees and contractors, ensuring they understand WHS requirementsBuild robust relationships with stakeholders and regulatory authorities
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Certificate IV in WHSProven experience in a WHS role, ideally within construction or a similar industryStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirementsConfident communicator who can influence and support stakeholders at all levelsExperience conducting audits, investigations, and risk management activitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detailProactive mindset with a passion for driving a positive safety cultureDrivers License and willingness to travel frequently for work
