The practice handles complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and high-profile litigation across domestic and international matters.The RoleAn excellent opportunity exists for a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a market-leading Disputes & Investigations practice.Working closely with experienced Litigation Partners and a collaborative national team, you will:Advise on complex commercial and contractual disputes, including high-value litigation and arbitration matters.Act for major corporate and institutional clients in regulatory inquiries, investigations and enforcement proceedings.Assist with class actions, corporate crime matters and internal investigations.Work on significant public inquiries,



Royal Commissions and other regulatory proceedings.Advise on disputes arising from major construction and infrastructure projects.Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the practice.About youIdeally, you will have experience in commercial litigation gained within a well-regarded national or international law firm, with candidates combining private practice and court experience also considered.Additionally, you will have:Robust experience in commercial disputes, litigation and dispute resolution.Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills.A sound understanding of litigation processes and complex commercial and regulatory matters.Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.A genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers, building client relationships and contributing to business development.ContactFor a confidential discussion, please contactLucia Ferraro on
