What You'll Be Doing




You'll take ownership of our bulk transfer capability and play a key role in driving operational excellence by:
Managing the successful delivery of large-scale novated leasetransfer and renovation projects
Owning and continuously improving bulk transfer automationprocesses and supporting workflows
Developing deep expertise in our end-to-end renovations operationsand associated systems
Analysing data and operational trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
Partnering with operational, technology, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver automation and process improvement initiatives
Identifying opportunities to eliminate manual effort andimprove system functionality
Ensuring all activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed service levels
Supporting portfolio growth, customer retention initiatives, employer onboarding, and large-volume transition projects
Maintaining a strong focus on risk management, operationalcontrols, and customer outcomes
Contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, andcontinuous improvement
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to make informed decisions.
Experience in operations, business administration, processimprovement, project coordination, or a similar environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced attention to detail and confidence working withlarge volumes of data
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills




Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong systems aptitude and the ability to quickly learnnew platforms and technologies
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment
Experience identifying and implementing process improvementinitiatives
A team-oriented approach and a genuine desire to improveoutcomes for customers and the business
Highly Regarded
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, InformationSystems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or similar qualifications
