Your team is responsible for end-to-end process of working through a client's assets to enable a smooth transition into permanent care.DutiesDemonstrate an ability to coach the team on a broad range of technical issues related to the Aged Care System, as well as Financial AdministrationDevelop team members by actively seeking to improve skills and talents by providing constructive feedback, coaching and training opportunitiesDevelop team members' abilities to create commercial standard correspondenceComply with legislation, policies, work instructions and service standardsEmpower team members by giving them the authority and latitude to accomplish tasks,
