WES Components | Summer Hill, Sydney

Like to keep moving? Enjoy hands-on work? This could be the job for you!
$58,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday to Friday | Permanent full time | 38 hours per week
Active, hands-on warehouse role with a supportive team

Forget sitting behind a desk! If you're physically fit, enjoy staying busy and take pride in a solid day's work, we've got an prospect worth looking at.

WES Components is a well-established distributor of electronic components and accessories, supplying technicians, installers and engineers across Australia. We're looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our Summer Hill team.

This isn't a job where you'll be standing around waiting for something to happen. You'll be on your feet, moving stock, picking orders and helping keep our warehouse running smoothly.

What will you be doing?
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receiving incoming stock and unloading shipping containers
Restocking shelves and pick locations
Handling cartons, cable rolls and other warehouse products weighing up to 20kg
Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and running efficiently
Working alongside a team that gets stuck in and gets the job done

Have you got what it takes?

You don't need years of warehouse experience, but you do need the right attitude and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job.

We're looking for someone who:
Is physically capable of regularly lifting and handling items weighing up to 20kg safely
Enjoys active work and being on their feet throughout the day
Has a strong work ethic, shows initiative and gets on with the job
Is reliable, punctual and willing to pitch in wherever needed
Can follow instructions, work accurately and contribute to a team
Has warehouse, picking or packing experience (great, but not essential!)

A forklift licence would be an advantage, but it's certainly not a dealbreaker.

What's in it for you?

You'll be joining an established business offering permanent employment, a competitive salary and the chance to build your skills in a supportive warehouse environment.

No weekend shifts. No sitting behind a desk. Just a solid, full time job with a good team.

Whether you've worked in warehousing before or you're ready to roll up your sleeves and learn something new, we'd like to hear from you.

Ready to get moving? Apply now and join the WES Components team!
