Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team in South West Sydney on a casual basis, with potential for a part time permanent role (15 hours per week).
You will travel between clients delivering holistic care in their homes.You will develop tailored care plans, manage wound care and equipment, and provide social support to help clients live independently at home.
