The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) in Melbourne is seeking a Family Healthcare Support Worker to deliver in-home and community-based care for children with complex medical needs. You will work with the Complex Care Hub to coordinate out-of-hospital support, developing care plans with families and medical teams.

You will provide tailored care, ensure child safety, assist with activities and manage equipment during shifts.
