Southern Cross Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide support and supervision to Personal Carers, delivering holistic, person-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will help assess resident needs, contribute to secure care plans, and support positive ageing within our Better for Life framework.

You will work across Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Monday shifts, with a mix of AM and PM hours.
