Lagom Family Law is seeking a motivated paralegal or junior lawyer to support active family law matters in our Sydney studio. This hands-on role requires you to think ahead, take ownership, and work closely with the Principal, Practice Manager, lawyers, and admin team.

You will handle delegated tasks, draft with accuracy, manage client intake and file organisation in Smokeball, and prepare files for mediation, court, and counsel briefings while developing your litigation capabilities.
