ARRCS is recruiting a Personal Care Worker to join the Specialist Dementia Care Unit in Alice Springs, NT.
You will provide safe, respectful, and person-centred care to residents with severe or advanced dementia, under the guidance of clinical staff.You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and implement non-pharmacological strategies per care plans.
This role offers a permanent, full time contract and rostering flexibility within a family-friendly organisation.
