St Vincent's Public Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney, is hiring a Rural Patient Access Coordinator on a max term part time contract (0.8 FTE).
The role coordinates travel and accommodation for rural cancer patients, assists with IPTAAS applications, and organises complex appointments across haematology and transplant services.You will liaise with patients, referring hospitals and care teams, addressing access barriers to improve the patient journey from referral to follow-up.
