Care Connector (Holistic Care Solutions) in Coffs Harbour seeks compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability.
You will help clients achieve goals, build independence, and stay active in the community, with shifts across 9 am–3 pm, 3 pm–9 pm, and 9 pm–6:30 am sleepovers.Up to 30 hours per week, adaptable to fit availability.
Applicants should have Certificate III/IV in Individual Support and experience with complex
