This role keeps everything in between on track.
Cookes have been building pools in Sunraysia for more than 45 years.
They're locally owned, SPASA members and the only Australian company inducted into the Master Pools Guild.What you'll doYou are the person who makes sure a pool build runs on time and nothing gets missed.
Day to day, you will:Coordinate the paperwork and approvals for each build, including permits, insurance and licencesSchedule installation crews, subcontractors and pool shell deliveriesWork with the warehouse and suppliers so materials are there when the crew needs themKeep customers updated from contract to handover, by phone and emailPrepare invoices, progress claims and contract variationsKeep project records and the client database accurate,



and pull together project reportsPut together handover packs and client satisfaction surveysBack up the wider team with general admin and phone supportWhat you'll bringStrong admin and organisation skills, and an eye for the wrong date or the missing formConfidence with Word, Excel and OutlookA transparent, friendly manner on the phone and in writing, because customers are often in the middle of a big project at homeThe ability to juggle competing deadlines and get on with it without being chased.Experience with scheduling or coordinating crews, permits or insurance, or costing and progress claims is a bonus.
