You'll oversee the property during your shift, support team members and ensure our members, guests and visitors consistently receive an exceptional experience.Key responsibilities will include:Lead and support Front Office, Housekeeping and relevant operational teamsMaintain high standards of service, safety, presentation and property securityRespond effectively to member and guest feedbackSupport staffing, training,



expenditure and operational reportingCoordinate emergency responses and workplace safety requirementsAssist with Front Office and other operational duties when requiredWhat you'll need to be successfulSupervisory experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitalityStrong knowledge of Front Office and hotel or resort operationsConfident leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsCurrent driver's licence and First Aid Level 2 qualificationsFlexibility to work weekends, evenings and non-standard hoursExperience with OPERA or a similar hotel booking system, along with a current RSA, will be highly regarded.
