Western Plains Correctional Centre in Geelong is offering an ongoing, full time role as Workforce Engagement Officer. You will support staff and managers on site, with some night, weekend or public holiday work.

You will develop and update plans to create positive staff experiences, build solid relationships, provide explicit HR policy advice and use staff feedback and data to guide improvements, fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
