BHP is offering a 24-month Graduate Program designed to develop you through structured onboarding, guided learning paths, and support from a cohort, buddy, and leaders. You’ll work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and secure, sustainable operations, gaining hands-on experience and building a lifelong career.

Depending on discipline and location, roles may be residential, in city offices, or FIFO.
