Healthscope Independence Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor for a Penrith SDA site. You will lead a team of disability support workers, oversee daily operations, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred supports in line with NDIS, TAC and iCare standards.

The role includes marketing and growth prospects supported centrally by leadership. You will report to the SDA Area Manager and drive service delivery across the SDA site, with emphasis on governance, safety, and continuous
