Glencore’s Mount Isa Mines Operations (MIM) seeks a Training Superintendent to lead a core team of training specialists and ensure consistent onboarding, assessment, and competency validation across processing and skills-based activities.

You will coordinate training across multiple work areas within a large mining and processing facility, maintain records with high accuracy, and promote a positive safety and performance culture. Relocation support is provided.
