Department of Justice’s Western Plains Correctional Centre is seeking a workforce engagement officer to support staff on site. The role may include night, weekend or public holiday work and involves developing plans to create positive staff experiences, building robust relationships and advising on HR policies.

You will use staff feedback to prepare reports and guide improvements, work with managers to identify staffing needs and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace.
