Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is relevant in all industries and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with information about products and services
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy




Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays
Offering an hourly rate from $31.43per hour (Mon-Fri) and $47.14per hour (Sat) and $55.00(Sun).
