Sugar Australia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support Racecourse Refinery in Mackay, with regular travel to other sites. You will lead ER/IR activities, enterprise bargaining, recruitment, leadership coaching and workforce planning across Northern Loop operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will shape people initiatives, develop leaders, and sustain a high-performance culture in a energetic manufacturing workplace.
