Direct Care Resources is seeking experienced Disability & Child Safety Support Workers to assist children and young people across Logan and Ipswich.
You will build trust, provide day-to-day support in home settings and help with school attendance, activities and community participation.You will use trauma-informed, person-centred approaches and maintain qualified boundaries while delivering consistent care.
Flexibility for AM/PM, weekends and sleepovers is essential.
