As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.What you'll be doingAssisting the Head Chef in the daily preparation and cooking of meals in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environmentEnsuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene are maintainedCollaborating with the team to develop and implement new menu itemsUndertaking general kitchen duties such as stock control, food preparation and cleaningProviding excellent customer service to hotel guests and restaurant patronsWhat we're looking forMinimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsExcellent time management and multi-tasking abilitiesA team player with a positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceFormal culinary training or qualifications would be highly regardedWhat we offerAt McGuire Hotels, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
