South West Healthcare invites applications for a Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology to join the Pharmacy Cancer Services team at Warrnambool Campus. You will deliver clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients and support chemotherapy processes within a dedicated cancer unit.

This permanent full time role (80 hours per fortnight) offers a team-oriented work setting, training in chemotherapy competencies and opportunities to contribute to medication safety and patient outcomes.
