Rosanna Traditional Chinese Medicine is a well-established, welcoming and professional clinic with over 30 years of experience caring for our community.We are looking for a warm, organised, proactive, experienced and capable Clinic Manager to join our friendly team for 2-3 days per week.What we're looking forPrevious senior reception in a medical/allied health reception experience is essential ( ideally minimum of 5 years)Experience using Cliniko practice management software is essential (or similar)Exceptional customer service and communication skills and has customer interaction experience (minimum 10 years)Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Confidence managing appointments, patient enquiries and daily clinic operations.Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.A positive, professional and caring approach to patients and colleagues.Someone who takes initiative enjoys responsibility and helps keep the clinic running smoothly.Someone who is open to complimentary medicine and all the benefits is can provide.About the roleYou will play an key role in the day-to-day running of our clinic, supporting our practitioners, caring for our patients and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and professionally.What we offerA friendly, supportive and established team.A welcoming and professional clinic environment.A varied and rewarding role.Part-time / Casual hours 2 - 3 days per week.The opportunity to become a valued part of our clinic community.Professional care.
