This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys owning the numbers, improving controls and working across a complex, multi‐entity environment.Your recent roleLead month‐end reporting including group consolidation and variance analysisMaintain strong balance sheet control, including review and approval of reconciliationsOversee statutory reporting and tax compliance (FBT, income tax, and regulatory returns)Manage and develop a small finance teamAct as key contact for external auditors and tax advisorsDrive process improvements across reporting, controls and governanceWhat you'll need to succeedCA/CPA qualified with strong financial accounting foundationsProven experience in a corporate or multi‐entity environmentStrong technical reporting,
