Sodexo is looking for an experienced Program Supervisor to oversee the safe on-site delivery of small, capital and specialised construction projects across the Pilbara.
You will be the field-based leader who keeps programs moving, contractors accountable and stakeholders informed, while making sure every milestone is met safely, on time and to the required standard.These are permanent, full-time positions offered on a FIFO 8:6 roster, with flights ex-Perth.Key DutiesSupervise employee relations and manage your work crew and contractors,



ensuring employees are trained and held accountable for their tasksEnsure timely evaluation and scoping of work requests prior to approval within the work management planning processParticipate in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to align and commit resources to the work scheduleEnsure protected execution of maintenance work in line with the signed-off scheduleDeliver minor and capital works, including scope development, commercial input, and tenderingManage the planning and execution of unplanned work and re-scheduling of tasksReview work execution performance with team members, identify gaps, and take corrective action to improve performanceManage and review events, ensuring escalation protocols are complied withProvide input into the development of work strategiesEnsure end-to-end process complianceQualificationsAble to identify foreseeable issues and address them logically, with safety front of mind at all timesMaintains accurate time and material records and submits reports as requiredTrade-relevant qualification with equivalent industry and organisational experienceWorking at Heights Licence (mandatory)Construction White Card (mandatory)Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training (desirable)Previous work experience within the mining sector highly regardedWell-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to foster a team-oriented approach to achieving tasksAdditional InformationOn offer is the opportunity to join an international organisation committed to the growth of its people and business.
