This permanent full time role, aligned with the SCHADS Level 6 framework, leads the intake, assessment, and front-of-house functions, supervising a team of about 18 staff and reporting to the Centre Manager.You will promote reflective practice, stakeholder relationships and a client-centred approach, ensuring dignity and timely access to support for people experiencing homelessness.
