Our reputation has been built on quality, reliability, and doing right by our clients, and our supervisors are at the heart of that.Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to take ownership of multiple residential projects and deliver homes our clients are proud of.About the RoleAs a Building Supervisor, you'll manage and coordinate the construction of multiple builds at once, from slab through to handover, ensuring every home is delivered on time, to a high standard, and to the expectations of both our clients and our company.Manage and coordinate multiple residential builds simultaneouslySchedule and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep every project on programmeMaintain a high standard of quality and workmanship across all sitesConduct regular site inspections and address issues before they cause delaysEnsure all work complies with the National Construction Code, building codes,



and safety requirementsUphold a solid WHS culture across every siteKeep clients and internal teams informed as their home progressesAbout YouYou're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in delivering quality homes and knows how to keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball.A minimum of 3 years' building experienceExcellent knowledge of building codes and a strong attention to detailProven ability to organise and coordinate multiple suppliers and subcontractorsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise under pressureGood communication and organisational skillsA sound level of computer literacyA current W.H.S.
