This role requires new build experience.Your Skills & ExperienceTrade qualified or relevant industry qualification5+ years' experience in a similar roleExperience in commercial,



industrial or retail new buildsSelf-managed a $10M+ Commercial New Build projectWhite CardMust have current and valid First Aid & CPR CertificatesHigh attention to detail and very meticulous quality expectationManage site to proactively uphold safety and environmentalrequirementsAbility to create and control project programs to ensure timely deliveryUnderstanding and ability to achieve expected quality-based outcomesAbility to build rapport with strong interpersonal and communication skillsLocal network of subcontractors highly regardedMust be able to work within a team and autonomouslyAbility to motivate and drive contractors to timely deliverySolutions-based attitudeExperience using Procore and HammerTech an advantageMust have current and valid driver's licenseAt ATG, we value our team members and provide them with opportunities to shine.
