Child Protection and wider community services you'll empower young people to strengthen their resilience, develop positive connections and achieve their goals.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have experience in outreach support and/or case management with young people.
You will be required to have the capacity to understand, work and support young people, their family, carers and networks within a community environment and the skills to engage, negotiate and advocate.You will have:A Bachelor level qualification in Community Services, Education, Social Work or similar field is required for this role.Relevant experience working in case management.High energy and commitment to your clients, whilst balancing working within the parameters of the role.Experience undertaking contracted case management within DFFH, Child Protection or another similar agency will be looked on favourably.Our BenefitsProfessional Development training and on the job support to further develop your case management skills with regular supervision.Salary packaging (up to $15,900 per annum, plus additional packaging available for meals/accommodation).
