built on practical industry experience and a transparent understanding of how complex projects are delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare procurement documentation and commercial comparisons for civil, station, rail and systems packagesAdminister subcontracts, payment claims, variations, notices and extensions of timeMeasure work completed during possessions and short access windowsMaintain registers for change, latent conditions, access impacts and directionsSupport forecasting, cost-to-complete reviews and final-account close-outWhat We're Looking For3-6 years' contractor-side commercial experience; rail or live-asset exposure highly regardedDegree in quantity surveying, construction management, law, engineering or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration in a delivery environmentWorking knowledge of Queensland security-of-payment requirementsRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
