Queensland Parliament is seeking a Service Desk Officer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support, delivering excellent customer service across the parliamentary workplace. This full-time prospect is based in Brisbane and involves incident management, user account handling and proactive problem solving.

You will work within a diverse technology workplace, using ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory to ensure secure, reliable services for Members and staff.
